All participants must complete and sign the waiver and release of liability before departure. Failure to do so will result in your inability to join the activity.

Third-party activities come with additional rules, such as completing and signing waivers or following specific instructions to ensure a great experience. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in being unable to participate in the activity.

Shuttle Trips: The waiting time after the departure time is a maximum of 5 minutes. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a ‘No show,’ and there will be no refund.

Train Trips: If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a ‘No show,’ and there will be no refund.

Please note that the hike route may change due to external factors such as safety concerns, the comfort of hikers, or acts of God. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and adjustments will be made accordingly.

Outyork Adventures reserves the right to deny the use of any or all its services without refund at any time, based on egregiously inappropriate, offensive, dangerous, or malicious behavior.

Alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle during trips. People exhibiting symptoms of intoxication will be prohibited from boarding the vehicle.

Participants must be 18 years old; younger individuals must be accompanied by parents or a guardian.

If you are not dressed in weather-appropriate gear or if your attire is deemed unsuitable for the activity, we have the right to turn you down for the safety of the group and yourself.

You are aware that Outyork Adventures LLC will be capturing photos and videos during this event. By participating, you grant permission to Outyork Adventures LLC to use and share them on their social networks, website, and for any other advertising purposes.

Ticket Policies

• 1. Refunds or credits will only be issued if the event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, or other Acts of God.

 2. If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another person by sending an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours before the departure time.

Transfer your Ticket

If you find yourself unable to participate in the event for any reason, we offer you the option to transfer your ticket to another person. To initiate this process, kindly send us an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours prior to the bus’s departure time, providing the following details:

  • Your full name (as you registered)
  • Trip’s Name.
  • Trip’s Date.
  • Full name of the substitute participant.
  • His/Her date of birth.
  • His/Her email.
  • His/Her phone number.

Additionally, the person taking your place must be prepared to present a valid ID to verify his/her identity and be able to sign the waiver and release of liability. Please note that if any of this required information or documentation is missing, we will be unable to permit the individual to board the vehicle, resulting in a no-show status.

Refund Policy

We want to keep our ticket prices affordable for everyone, and to make that possible, we have a no-refund policy in place. We hope you understand that this helps us maintain low costs while offering great value to all our customers. Refunds or credits are only allowed if the event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, Acts of God. 

Ticket holders will receive refunds or can reschedule for another trip if they notify us within 72 hours after we inform them.

Anyone who tests positive for COVID or other illnesses will not be eligible for a refund or credit, but they may transfer their ticket up to 12 hours before departure time.
