Pack your favorite sandwich and drink, we will have a snack break on the beach.

Before we go back to New York City, we will stop at an ice cream and confectionery shop in Port Jefferson.

All participants must complete and sign the waiver and release of liability before departure. Failure to do so will result in your inability to join the activity.
The waiting time after the departure time is a maximum of 5 minutes. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a ‘No show,’ and there will be no refund.
Please note that the hike route may change due to external factors such as safety concerns, the comfort of hikers, or acts of God. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and adjustments will be made accordingly.
Outyork Adventures reserves the right to deny the use of any or all its services without refund at any time, based on egregiously inappropriate, offensive, dangerous, or malicious behavior.
No alcoholic beverages or smoking are allowed during this trip. People exhibiting symptoms of intoxication will be prohibited from boarding the vehicle.
Participants must be 18 years old; younger individuals must be accompanied by parents or a guardian.
Ensure your ability to participate safely by consulting your doctor, especially if you have health issues or injuries that may hinder your hike.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if you lack weather-appropriate clothing or wear attire deemed unsafe for the activity and the group.
You are aware that Outyork Adventures LLC will be capturing photos and videos during this event. By participating, you grant permission to Outyork Adventures LLC to use and share them on their social networks, website, and for any other advertising purposes.
🤝 Transfer your Ticket
If you find yourself unable to participate in the event for any reason, we offer you the option to transfer your ticket to another person. To initiate this process, kindly send us an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours prior to the bus’s departure time, providing the following details:

- Trip’s Name.
- Trip’s Date.
- Full name of the substitute participant.
- His/Her date of birth.
- His/Her email.
- His/Her phone number.
Additionally, the person taking your place must be prepared to present a valid ID to verify his/her identity and be able to sign the waiver and release of liability. Please note that if any of this required information or documentation is missing, we will be unable to permit the individual to board the vehicle, resulting in a no-show status.

Early Birds Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, road conditions, mountain conditions, or Acts of God. These tickets are available only up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event. If you are unable to participate for any reason, you may transfer your ticket up to 12 hours before departure time.
Flexible Tickets, this ticket allows you to request a credit up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event by sending an email to [email protected] . The credit can be requested only once and must be used within 60 days after the event. No refunds are available. No credit will be issued if requested less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event. Refunds are permitted only if the event is canceled due to force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, road conditions, mountain conditions, or Acts of God. If you are unable to participate for any reason, you may transfer your ticket up to 12 hours before departure time.
Car Driver Tickets, this ticket allows you to request a credit up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event by sending an email to [email protected] . No credit will be issued if requested less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event unless the event is canceled due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, Acts of God. Remember, if you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, you may transfer your ticket up to 12 hours before departure time. This ticket price is per person.
🔄 Refund Policy
Refunds are only allowed if the event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, Acts of God. Ticket holders will receive refunds or can reschedule for another trip if they notify us within 72 hours after we inform them.
Anyone who tests positive for COVID or other illnesses will not be eligible for a refund or credit, but they may transfer their ticket up to 12 hours before departure time.
