Ride & Explore Series: Anne Ellen Tree Farm by Van

All participants must complete and sign the waiver and release of liability before departure. Failure to do so will result in your inability to join the activity.

The waiting time after the departure time is a maximum of 5 minutes. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a ‘No show,’ and there will be no refund.

Outyork Adventures reserves the right to deny the use of any or all its services without refund at any time, based on egregiously inappropriate, offensive, dangerous, or malicious behavior.

No alcoholic beverages or smoking are allowed during this trip. People exhibiting symptoms of intoxication will be prohibited from boarding the vehicle.

Participants must be 18 years old; younger individuals must be accompanied by parents or a guardian.

You are aware that Outyork Adventures LLC will be capturing photos and videos during this event. By participating, you grant permission to Outyork Adventures LLC to use and share them on their social networks, website, and for any other advertising purposes.

If you find yourself unable to participate in the event for any reason, we offer you the option to transfer your ticket to another person. To initiate this process, kindly send us an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours prior to the bus’s departure time, providing the following details:

• • Your full name (as you registered)
  • Trip’s Name.
  • Trip’s Date.
  • Full name of the substitute participant.
  • His/Her date of birth.
  • His/Her email.
  • His/Her phone number.

Additionally, the person taking your place must be prepared to present a valid ID to verify his/her identity and be able to sign the waiver and release of liability. Please note that if any of this required information or documentation is missing, we will be unable to permit the individual to board the vehicle, resulting in a no-show status.

Early Birds Ticket: 1. This is a non-refundable ticket. 2. Any changes to this ticket must be made at least 72 hours before the event, and a penalty fee of $20.00 will apply. 3. Change requests made less than 72 hours before the event are ineligible, and the ticket will be forfeited. 4. Only one change can be made to this ticket. 5. I can choose any train trip within 30 days of the event date I changed, subject to availability. After this period, the credit will expire. 6. ‘No Show’ is not eligible to request changes to the ticket. 7. All change requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] 8. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled or postponed by Outyork Adventures.

Flexible Ticket: 1. This is a non-refundable ticket. 2. Changes to this ticket can be made up to 72 hours before the event without a penalty fee. 3. Change requests made between 48 and 72 hours before the event will incur a $10.00 penalty fee. 4. Change requests made less than 48 hours before the event are ineligible, and the ticket will be forfeited. 5. Only one change can be made to this ticket. 6. I can choose any train trip within 60 days of the date of the event I changed, subject to availability. After this period, the credit will expire. 7. ‘No Show’ is not eligible to request changes to the ticket. 8. All change requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] 9. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled or postponed by Outyork Adventures.

Refunds are only allowed if the event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, Acts of God. Ticket holders will receive refunds or can reschedule for another trip if they notify us within 72 hours after we inform them.

Anyone who tests positive for COVID or other illnesses will not be eligible for a refund or credit, but they may transfer their ticket up to 12 hours before departure time.
